Our beautiful Mesa bed shows off the grain of our woods and is a beautiful addition to any bedroom. The large solid headboard panel is 20” high. The panel is positioned higher and wider on the headboard legs giving it a substantial presence. The Mesa standard headboard height is 37″ and is also available in two additional headboard heights for thicker mattresses.

Finish Options *Want a different finish from that of our standard Watco Danish Oil? How about Daddy Van's Zero VOC Hemp Oil ($30) or completely unfinished for the chemically sensitive. Or you can add some color with our Caramel or go ZERO VOC with Chocolate or Charcoal from Rubio Monocoat.

Premium RailsAdd a look of substance and style to your bed frame with upgraded Premium Rails. This will take the Standard 3 1/4" side rails and nearly double their height to 6" (all frames come with a Premium lower footboard crosspiece).

Slat OptionsOur Standard Slat roll has (15) – 1/2” x 1 3/4” slats, with a 3.2” gap. This is included with your bed frame. Premium Slats have (21) – 1/2” x 1 3/4” slats, with a 1.65” gap. This is substituted for a Standard. Extra Slats are a second roll of (14) – 1/2” x 1 3/4” slats that nest inside the included Standard slats for a total of (29) with a gap of .5”.

Bed Legs *Want a taller bed with more room for storage underneath? Add 3“ to your bed legs and have 11" underneath the Standard side rail or 10.5" under a Premium side rail. Need it shorter, remove 3" from the legs.

Y Block Support *Y Blocks slide under your center support and make contact with the floor, adding reassurance and strength. Just a couple of screws into predrilled holes and they are good to go. Recommended with a King size (2) or if using a heavy latex mattress. Will fit on any of our models. Make sure to grab a Tall Y Block if you added height to your bed legs.

Taller Headboard Gap *Taller mattress? Add 3” (or more) mattress gap to show off your new headboard. This option increases the space between the top of the mattress slats and the bottom of the 20" headboard panel.

FootboardAdd a footboard that matches your headboard. The Mesa and Vista footboards are 11" tall, complementing the 20" headboard.
