Slat OptionYour mattress is supported by slats made of Poplar hardwood. Our standard slats are adequate for most customers. Our standard slat roll has 21-23 slats (1/2” x 1 3/4”) with a 1.65” gap. Additionally, we offer premium slats for customers who prefer increased support or for mattresses that require a .5” slat spacing. Our premium slat roll has 29-31 slats (1/2” x 1 3/4”) with a 0.5” gap.

Frame Height Options *Our standard frame positions your mattress 12" off the floor with an 8.5" side-rail clearance. You have the option to raise your frame 2" or 4" for increased under-frame storage or if you prefer a taller bed. You can also lower your frame 2" if you want the mattress closer to the floor.

Headboard Gap Options *Standard Headboard Gap is 10" for a typical 8"-12" thick mattress. If you have a thicker mattress, add an extra 2” or 4" mattress gap, moving your headboard up allowing it to be seen above your thicker mattress.

Shipping Options *If you need your bed frame quickly you can choose from two levels of expedited shipping. Our Rush option will ship in 12 business days from the order date. Double Rush will ship in 7 business days from the order date.

Bed is very solid, looks great. With premium slats, it handles a very heavy latex mattress just fine. Setup was relatively simple. Took about half an hour for two people. It’s a great value. Better quality than bed frames I saw at other stores that cost twice as much.
